CJ Mirra is a versatile composer, artist, producer and songwriter from Nottingham, currently based in London. Combining live analogue instruments with electronic and ambient textures his sound blurs the boundaries of composition and sound design. Since 2015, he’s scored a number of critically acclaimed films, screened from BFI London Festival to SXSW, and received a BIFA ‘Best Sound’ nomination in 2018.

In March 2023 CJ launched his brand new artist project, CJ’s Mirra Maze with the release of the first single, ‘Self Medicate’ - an infectious, beat-heavy track that balances sharp electronics and hook-laden melodies, peppered with psychedelics. His forthcoming debut mixtape is set for release in late 2023. A recent quote from CJ – “So many times when I'm working on a score, an idea for a song will come out of what I'm doing..this project is like pulling out the best of those ideas.”

CJ has worked with artists and composers such as; Kai Campos, Dan Carey, Tusks, Tom Andrews, Andrea Balancy, Lindstrøm, Mike Slott and more.
