UMPG’s Global Creative Group extends this mission worldwide. A team of A&R executives across key territories, they’re in the know on who’s recording and what they’re looking for, identifying and expanding creative opportunities for UMPG songwriters, artists and producers through coordinated strategy and strong global relationships.
Through global Songwriting Camps, we bring writers, producers, and artists together to spark ideas, build trust, and create connections that lead to songs with international impact. From Nashville to Lagos to Stockholm to Milan, these gatherings celebrate creativity across cultures and help shape the sound of what’s next.
We also invest in growth and pathways for discovery. Executive Exchanges connect A&R leaders around the globe, while Songwriter Scholarships open doors for the next generation of storytellers. And through samples and interpolations, we honor the legacy of iconic songs while inspiring new works through original creative avenues.
