The spot opens with a voice asking Alexa, “What’s that song about being able to do anything better?”, with Alexa answering , “Oh, I know that one”, and proceeding to play Irving Berlin’s classic song. The theme continues throughout the commercial, demonstrating how Alexa+ can do everything better than Alexa.

Irving Berlin wrote “Anything You Can Do” for the 1946 musical Annie Get Your Gun, where it was originally performed by Ethel Merman and Ray Middleton.
