Five UMPG published songs feature in the soundtrack for new movie Project Hail Mary. The film stars Ryan Gosling as a science teacher who wakes up on a spaceship light-years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there – only to discover he’s on a mission to save the earth. 

Harry Styles  - “Sign Of The Times” features in both the trailer and the film. Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, Ryan Gosling said the song “became the anthem of the film and it’s become sort of like the heartbeat of the movie.” Actress Sandra Hüller explained in an interview that she specifically chose the song, which she sings karaoke to in one scene: “I was looking for something that was like a final goodbye to somebody… and then it was a coincidence that it was also about space and going to the sky. I found it very moving.”
