Kelly Lee Owens is an electronic producer, songwriter, and bass player from Wales, UK. Learning bass and drums at a young age, Kelly became inspired to create dance music after working in London record stores. She portrays a high level of intimacy in her music, frequently utilizing a blend of looped vocals and unique rhythms while exploring a variety of moods. Kelly’s discography features a range of dynamics, shifting from drifting tones and distant vocals to driving club beat. 

Her critically acclaimed 2020 album ‘Inner Song’ further represents Kelly’s mastery of writing tracks that contain sonic and emotional multitudes. Recently, Kelly composed the official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 theme song ‘Unity’, along with all of the competition’s sonic branding. In addition to her solo work, she has collaborated with such artists as St. Vincent, Björk, and Jon Hopkins.
