Dua Lipa (Tap Publishing) lands five nominations for The Brits – a record for a female artist and the most for any artist in 2018. UMPG writers received 23 nominations in total and Steve Mac will pick up The BRIT Award for Best British Producer.

Universal Publishing Production Music (UPPM), the world’s leading production music company, today announced that Jane Carter has been appointed Managing Director in the U.K. for Universal Production Music and Focus Music. She succeeds John Clifford, who previously served in the role.

Caroline Elleray was honoured with the Sir George Martin award, Steve Mac took home 'Songwriter of the Year' and 'Producer of the Year' while the company as a whole won 'Publisher of the Year.'

Fatboy Slim has been announced as music director for Julien Temple’s upcoming documentary ‘Ibiza – The Silent Movie’. Also known as Norman Cook, the legendary DJ will curate a selection of his own and other producer’s work.
