UMPG syncs for Amazon Prime's 'Sterling Point' soundtrack
Songs from UMPG songwriters and artists feature in every episode of Amazon Prime’s latest streaming hit: the coming-of-age drama Sterling Point (Season 1).
The Sterling Point soundtrack features 15 songs from UMPG songwriters and artists, with UMPG published songs featuring in every episode of the series.
The series follows 17-year-old Annie Jacobson who discovers she’s inherited a remote island in Canada from the estranged grandfather she was never allowed to meet. She decides to investigate, pulling her into a world of buried secrets, unexpected sisterhood, and the complicated family history she was never meant to find. It stars Ella Rubin, Amélie Hoeferle and Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie.
The official show trailer is soundtracked from start to finish by Gracie Abrams – “Look at My Life” from her latest album Daughter from Hell. The cast told USA Today “the song fits the show perfectly”, with Ella Rubin adding; “it’s so perfect for every character, it feels completely accurate to Annie’s journey, the moment that she’s in.”
