UMPG songwriters, artists, producers and composers honored at the 2026 GRAMMY Awards

UMPG songwriters, artists, producers and composers were recognized with multiple GRAMMY wins this year, including the “Big Three” of Album, Song and Record of the Year.

Kendrick Lamar led all winners with five awards, including Record of the Year for “luther” with SZA. This is Kendrick’s second straight win in this category, and he is one of only four artists to win this GRAMMY in back-to-back years. He took home three additional GRAMMYS for Best Melodic Rap Performance, for “luther,” Best Rap Song, with “TV Off,” and Best Rap Performance for his feature on “Chains & Whips.” Kendrick has won an incredible 27 GRAMMYS in his career so far. 

Bad Bunny made history as the first artist to win Album of the Year for a Spanish-language album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, as well as winning Best Música Urbana album and Best Global Music Performance for “EoO.” 

Song of the Year honors went to Billie Eilish and FINNEAS for “Wildflower.” This is a historic win that makes them the first songwriters to win in this category three times. 

Cirkut won Producer of the Year, for his work with Lady Gaga, JADE, Coco Jones, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, and The Weeknd. 

In Best Rap Song, Jack Antonoff took home a GRAMMY for his contributions to Kendrick Lamar’s “tv off.” 

The songwriting team behind KPop Demon Hunters - Lee Yoo Han, Nam Hee Dong, Kwak Joong Gyu, Park Hong Jun, Seo Jeong Hun - took home a GRAMMY for Best Song Written for Visual Media.
