Songwriter, producer and musician Zach Nahome signs global publishing agreement with UMPG and NWS Music Group

Zach currently ranks No. 1 on Billboard Magazine’s Hot 100 Producers Chart

Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), a leading global music publisher, and NWS Music Group, a top independent record label & publishing company based in London, today announced the signing of songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Zach Nahome to an exclusive worldwide music publishing agreement.

Zach is one of the most in-demand creative forces in the UK music scene, with a wide-ranging body of work as a songwriter, producer, and arranger. He is the executive producer of Olivia Dean’s chart-topping and critically acclaimed sophomore album The Art of Loving, having produced, written, or co-written the majority of the album’s tracks. The album includes the global hits “Man I Need” and “A Couple Minutes,” with “Man I Need” becoming Dean’s first UK No. 1, her first U.S. Platinum record, and reaching No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Nahome currently ranks No. 1 on Billboard Magazine’s Hot 100 Producers Chart, a milestone that underscores his growing influence across today’s music landscape.

Other artist Zach has collaborated with recently include Pink Pantheress, Loyle Carner, Justin Bieber, Maverick Sabre, Slowthai, Teezo Touchdown, Bakar, Celeste, Biig Piig and also rising new artist Tendai.

In addition, Zach’s music has driven major sync placements for campaigns with Apple, Calvin Klein, Été de Chanel, Lexus, EA Sports, Beats, Zillow,  Flannels and Burberry.

According to UMPG’s Head of A&R, UK Pete Simmons, “Zach is an endangered species. Songwriters with taste and execution at his level don’t come around very often, and getting to know him and his process the past few months has been a joy. It’s a pleasure to be on his team alongside his manager, Laura Singer, and our friends at NWS.”

NWS co-founder Ben Bodie added, “Nick [Raphael], Christian [Tattersfield], I, and everyone at NWS are delighted to be working with UMPG on the next chapter of Zach’s already illustrious career. Our combined efforts and enthusiasm will no doubt propel Zach even further into the songwriting stratosphere.”
