The finalists for the Music Business UK Awards 2025 have been announced, with Universal Music Publishing Group nominees across five categories. The awards recognise success in all areas of the UK music business, with a particular focus on those servicing UK-signed talent.

The UMPG finalists are:

Madeleine Gardiner (A&R Administrator, UK)

A&R of the Year: Dance/Electronic
Pete Simmons, Head of A&R, UK

A&R of the Year: Pop – supported by PRS for Music
Colette Goodfellow, A&R Director, UK

A&R of the Year: Adult Contemporary
Alastair Webber & Billy Webber, The Other Songs

Major Publisher of the Year (UK) – supported by Milk & Honey
Universal Music Publishing Group
