UMPG are thrilled to announce that sibling rock band Infinity Song have signed to a global publishing deal.
Raised on classical, gospel, jazz, R&B, and their father's original compositions, they were also trained in music production and songwriting by their father. Infinity Song started their journey in Detroit, MI where they performed, from early ages, with several children’s choirs founded by their parents.
Relocating to New York in 2006, the band began performing publicly around the city: at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the morning, on 5th Avenue in the afternoon and Times Square at night, before eventually Central Park’s Bethesda Fountain became a permanent stage for the next 12 years of their lives. After several years of developing a following and turning casual park visitors into loyal fans, the group was introduced to Jay-Z who signed them to Roc Nation.
In 2020 the band moved from New York stalwarts to social media sensations with their debut album ‘Mad Love’ making a giant splash, before 2023’s ‘Hater’s Anthem’ – from their most recent project ‘Metamorphosis’ – became a viral hit, garnering fans in the likes of Doja Cat, and firmly solidifying the band’s place amongst the most exciting names in today’s culture.
This will be the first signing to a joint venture between UMPG and legendary British A&R executive Lincoln Elias.
Speaking on the signing, Lincoln said: “It’s rare to find something that hits you immediately with such freshness and unique sensibility. Onwards and upwards!”
