Three songs by Universal Music Publishing Group artists appear in the soundtrack for new British film ‘Fast Girls’.
The film is a fast-paced sports drama set in London about a team of young girls competing in the British relay team for a World Championship event. Sparks fly when Shania (Lenora Crichlow), a sprinter from the city's back streets, comes head to head with Lisa (Lily James), an equally ambitious young runner from a wealthy middle class background.
According to The Guardian, ‘Fast Girls’ “has energy and fun, and feels like the great niece of Chariots of Fire.”
The film’s soundtrack features Example ‘Stay Awake’, Sub Focus ‘Splash’ and Kitty Daisy & Lewis – ‘Don’t Make A Fool Out of Me’.
