Universal Music Publishing Scandinavia is proud to announce the signing of acclaimed Swedish songwriter, producer and musician Klas Åhlund.

An iconic creative force behind some of the most influential pop music of the past decades, Åhlund is widely recognized for his work with Robyn, including her latest critically acclaimed album Sexistential, which has received widespread praise from critics around the world.

Grounded in punk and electronica, with a sharp instinct for pop, Åhlund first gained recognition as a member of the band Teddybears. Since then, he has built an extraordinary international career, collaborating with artists such as Madonna, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Charli XCX, Ellie Goulding, Diplo, Swedish House Mafia and Ghost.

His songwriting and production credits include standout tracks like “Punkrocker” (Teddybears featuring Iggy Pop), Charli XCX’s “Speed Drive,” Robyn’s “Call Your Girlfriend” and “Be Mine!,” as well as Britney Spears’ “Piece of Me.” He is also a key writer and producer for Ghost, contributing to the band’s global success, including a Grammy Award win and Grammy nominations.
