UMPG syncs for Trolls World Tour

Justin Timberlake has written several original songs for the movie Trolls World Tour, along with fellow Universal Music Publishing Group writer/composer Ludwig Göransson. The new songs include the two singles released from the soundtrack – “The Other Side” (with UMPG's SZA), and “Don’t Slack.”

Alongside the original music, the movie features a selection of tracks from the UMPG catalogue such as “One More Time”, “Groove is in the Heart”, “Party Rock Anthem” and more.

Trolls World Tour follows the two lead characters, Polly and Branch, as they travel across different lands, discovering that there are troll tribes dedicated to different genres of music.

Timberlake also served as executive producer on the film. He had previously produced and written songs for the soundtrack to the original Trolls movie, including the platinum selling single “Can’t Stop the Feeling” – for which he received a Grammy award, plus Oscar and Golden Globe nominations.
