Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), a leading, global music publisher, today unveiled UMPG Window, a next-generation royalty portal that provides UMPG songwriters and clients with instant access to clear, complete and real-time earnings and data. The UMPG Window app can be installed on iOS and Android platforms.

Universal Music Publishing stellt sich im A&R Bereich neu auf. Patrick Pitz, zuletzt Senior Manager A&R und seit 2016 bei UMP tätig, übernimmt als Director A&R die Leitung der Abteilung. In seiner neuen Rolle verantwortet Patrick Pitz damit neue Signings sowie die Entwicklung von Songwritern und Künstlern. Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), a leading, global music publisher, today announced that Thomas Vidovic has been named as Managing Director, Germany and Senior Vice President, Austria and Switzerland. Based in Berlin, Vidovic reports to UMPG COO Marc Cimino and begins in his new role effective immediately.

UMPG today announced that 15-time Grammy Award-winning artist, songwriter, and record producer Alicia Keys has been signed to an exclusive administration deal. Through the new partnership, UMPG will support Keys’ iconic music - both existing songs and future works - for creative opportunities around the world.

The release of The Lion King: The Gift, saw UMPG artists including Burna Boy, Michael Uzowuru and Tierra Whack collaborate with Beyoncé for a soundtrack album that celebrates African music and artists, supported by UMPG A&Rs Sureeta Nayyar and James Supreme.
