Bio
Initially a college football player from Georgia, Hunt moved to Nashville in 2008 and signed with MCA in 2014. His debut album, Montevallo released in 2014 and reached #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. After 5 Grammy nominations, multi-platinum tracks, and winning New Artist of the Year at the 2015 AMA's, Hunt made noise again with his 2020 SOUTHSIDE project. It debuted at #1, became platiunum-certified, and was named Best Album of the Year by the New York Times and US Weekly. He then followed that up with his 10th #1 hit "Outskirts" which released in 2023 and is featured on his latest 2024 EP. He's also had cuts as a songwriter with Kenny Chesney, Billy Currington, Keith Urban, Reba, Kelsea Ballerini, and more.
