Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, Josh Hoge is a versatile songwriter who has written songs for many genres of music. Hoge penned number one songs "Think of You” and "I'm Comin' Over" for Chris Young. He also had a hand in writing six of the eleven songs on Chris Young’s latest LP, including the title track and lead single “Losing Sleep.” Hoge also co-wrote Kane Brown’s certified gold song "Used to Love You Sober" and the charted single “Thunder in the Rain.” In 2016, Josh Hoge was named SESAC Songwriter of the year.
Hoge’s musical career began as an R&B solo artist and pop songwriter working with artists such as Backstreet Boys and Jesse McCartney. He was also part of a duo, Jukebox Mafia, and had the opportunity to tour with Miranda Lambert. Josh is now pursuing his passion for songwriting full time, penning songs for Tyler Farr, Backstreet Boys, Lupe Fiasco, Blake Lewis, Chris Young, Kane Brown, Justin Moore, Miranda Lambert, Chase Rice, Scotty McCreery, Josh Abbott Band, Randy Rogers and many more.
