With UMPG recognized worldwide as a true music publisher, Santiago has built an outstanding track record at the company signing world-class Latin talent, including global stars like Bad Bunny and Feid. Based in Miami, she will continue reporting to Alexandra Lioutikoff, UMPG President of Latin America and US Latin.
In her newly elevated role, Santiago leads UMPG Latin A&R and Sync, including overseeing creative strategy, signing and developing the best in Latin talent, creating cross-border opportunities for songwriters, and licensing and promotion of UMPG’s extensive Latin American catalogue.

Multihyphenate creative talent Rogers (Capitol Records) first garnered industry recognition in 2017 with her breakthrough EP Now That The Light Is Fading which reached No. 4 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart. In 2019, she surged to global success with the release of her debut album Heard It In A Past Life. The spectacular record - which features hits “Light On,” “Alaska” and “Fallingwater” - earned Rogers a GRAMMY® Award nomination for Best New Artist.

Sting is set to become a Fellow of the Ivors Academy – the highest honour it can bestow. He will receive the award at The Ivors ceremony on 18th May in London.
