Universal Music Publishing Australia today announced that internationally acclaimed, 9x ARIA nominated DMA’S have been signed to an exclusive Australia/New Zealand publishing deal. The announcement comes on the heels of the group’s brand-new EP ‘I love you unconditionally, sure am going to miss you.’
One of Australia’s most in-demand bands, DMA’S broke onto the scene with debut album ‘Hill’s End’ in 2016. The album peaked at #8 on the ARIA Album Chart and earned the group their first ARIA Award nomination for ‘Breakthrough Artist.’ Single “Play It Out” was featured on the EA SPORTS FIFA ‘17 soundtrack and lead single “Lay Down” is ARIA Gold accredited.
The band’s sophomore and three-time ARIA Award nominated album ‘For Now’ (2018) peaked at #7 on the ARIA Album Chart. Latest album ‘The Glow’ (2020) debuted #2 on the ARIA Album chart, receiving 5 nominations at the 2020 ARIA Awards. Leading single “Silver” was recently nominated for ‘Best Alternative Work’ at the 2021 APRA Awards.

Over the course of their career, DMA’S have toured with Liam Gallagher, Richard Ashcroft, The Kooks, Kasbian and have played sold-out headline shows at venues including Brixton Academy in London. DMA’S have just wrapped up their 24 date UK & Ireland tour including a sold-out Alexandra Palace show in London, and will be back to tour Australia March 2022.
