UMP Australia’s Jack Glass and Chris Stracey, better known as DJ dance duo Bag Raiders, have co-written dramatic soul/jazz number “Work For Me” with fellow UMP writer Tobias Jesso Jr for the trailer of Guy Ritchie directed, post-war spy epic “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.”
Sixties-inspired and filled with sass, the track features the vocals of RnB/soul sensation Laura Mvula and is the perfect accompaniment for the action-packed trailer for the film, starring a wealth of stars including Hugh Grant, Elizabeth Debnicki and more.
A step away from Bag Raiders’ usual electro stylings, “Work For Me” only further showcases Jack Glass and Chris Stracey’s impressive song writing skills and perfectly complements that of Tobias Jesso Jr’s.
Now based in L.A, the boys from Bag Raiders are no strangers to the licensing world having been synced in both local and international advertising campaigns, TV and film.
