Biography

Alexander Kronlund started his career as a singer for a heavy metal band. In 1999, he joined the Cheiron team, a group of ambitious songwriters/producers based in Stockholm, Sweden. There Kronlund co-wrote Britney Spears’ “Lucky,” and “Don’t Go Knocking On My Door,” for her 9X platinum sophomore album, Oops!...I Did It Again (Jive). Kronlund has also co-written, “I’ll Never Stop,” with Kristian Lundin and Max Martin for *NSync’s non-US version of No Strings Attached (Jive).

Having branched out on his own, the hit-making songwriter has co-written and producing tracks for Lambretta (Universal Sweden), has produced the new album for Robyn (Zomba Sweden), and co-written tracks for newcomer Paola (Virgin Sweden).

Kronlund is also co-writing with Stephanie Bentley, Rob Davis, and Eagle-Eye Cherry.
